ABOUT WOBBLING YOGI
OUR MISSION
At Wobbling Yogi, we empower mothers to embrace the wobble - on and off the mat - through prenatal and postpartum yoga, fitness, and community connection.
We believe the journey of motherhood is full of growth, laughter, and wobble, and our practice is designed to support, strengthen, and celebrate you every step of the way.
Whether it’s a yoga class, a stroller bootcamp, or an outdoor community event, our spaces are welcoming, accessible, and non-judgmental.
Our mission is to create a community where every body is honored, every mother feels seen, and every participant can grow with compassion, confidence, and connection.
OUR TEAM
Harp Sitara
Yoga and meditation didn’t just change Harp’s posture—they transformed her life. She came to the mat in 2019 during a battle with depression following her divorce. What started as a one-month introductory yoga pass quickly turned into a lifeline. Her mat became a sacred space where anxiety softened, self-compassion grew, and healing began.
Harp has also journeyed through intensive treatment for an eating disorder and body dysmorphia. Her lived experiences—both on and off the mat—inspire her to create inclusive, empowering spaces where all bodies and all emotions are welcome.
For over 13 years, Harp has taught a variety of movement practices including pole dance, aerial silks, and group fitness. In 2025, she completed her Oxygen Yoga & Fitness 20-Hour Methodized Training, adding to her 200-Hour training with Modo Yoga International and her 90-Hour Prenatal & Postpartum certification from Embodied Woman Yoga in Singapore.
Her teaching style focuses on alignment, accessibility, and deep listening. Whether you’re craving a challenge or seeking restoration, Harp offers options to meet you where you are—inviting you to connect with your own innate wisdom and surrender fully into the most important posture of all- savasana.
Harp’s passion for prenatal and postpartum yoga is deeply personal. After giving birth at home in 2022 unmedicated, in water, and catching her baby herself—she experienced firsthand the physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts of new motherhood. She’s especially passionate about supporting birthing people through these transitions with care, compassion, and evidence-informed movement.
Before transitioning into full-time yoga teaching, Harp spent 15 years in corporate marketing, most recently as an Executive Director at a Fortune 500 company. After being laid off in 2024, she took it as a blessing—a chance to leave behind the burnout and toxic hustle, and instead, dedicate her time to her yoga offerings and her family. Her corporate background brings a high level of professionalism, organization (and yes, plenty of spreadsheets) to her work as a wellness entrepreneur.
When she’s not teaching, Harp is deepening her own yoga practice as a lifelong student, soaking in the sauna, exploring spiritual teachings, or enjoying quality time with her son, two stepkids and dog Oreo. She also loves traveling, indulging in spa days, and prioritizing self-care as a cornerstone of her well-being.

When We Wobble We…
-
Explore & Learn
Wobbling reveals our patterns—both on the mat and in motherhood—and invites us to pay attention, explore, learn, and adjust with intention. Every wobble is a chance to discover what works for your body, your baby, and your life.
-
Grow
We grow at our edge, not in our comfort zone. The wobble reminds us to stay curious, take gentle risks, and move beyond fear, whether in pregnancy, postpartum, or daily motherhood. Adversity builds resilience.
-
Strengthen
Every time we face challenges with compassion, we build true strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. From supporting our changing bodies to embracing postpartum recovery, each wobble helps us grow stronger.
-
Build Authenticity
Letting go of perfection creates space for real connection. The wobble makes us more human, relatable, and free - on the mat, in the stroller, and in the journey of motherhood.
Embrace the wobble.
It’s not a sign of failure;
it’s a sign you’re growing, recovering, and evolving as a mom.
Come wobble with us
As we embrace the gifts of imperfection!
We hope that you will roll your mat with us at one of our many classes and events in Coquitlam BC and surrounding area.
Embrace The Wobble
Yoga helps us get unstuck.
This comes from aligning the body, clearing your mind, and exploring the spirit. Yoga is a practice that transcends in every aspect of your life.
Are you feeling stuck in your own ideas of perfection, both on and off the mat—and in motherhood?
It’s time to squash those expectations and embrace the WOBBLE—that space where you feel uncertain, messy, or stretched, but where growth, strength, and connection happen.
Our most creative and resilient moments often come from wobbling—trying, falling, and discovering new ways to rise. In yoga, postpartum fitness, or even just a stroller bootcamp, each wobble strengthens your body, your confidence, and your connection to your community.
So, embrace the wobble—on the mat, in motherhood, and in life.
YOGA IS THE JOURNEY OF THE SELF, TO THE SELF,
THROUGH THE SELF.
